What services can you provlde?

Do you accept OEM or custom deslgn?
Yes. Any customized lighting design can be put into production. Your concepts and all personalinformation will be kept strictly confidential.
How do I assemble the goods?
We provide clear assembly instructions and videos. If needed, professional on-siteassistance can also be arranged.
What is the lead time for mass production?
Lead time depends on order quantity and your specific requirements. Our standard timelineis about 60 days after the deposit is received. We recommend starting your inquiry at least twomonths before the desired delivery date.
In addition, we offer a wide range of options to create the exact fixture you need-choose fromvarious sizes, surface finishes, crystal colors, and light counts. Crystal types include K9 andAsfour. Available metals: iron, brass, stainless steel, zinc alloy, and more.
